Smoothies are amazingly healthy as you can have a variety of foods blended as one potion. A handful leafy vegetables such as mint, spinach, lettuce or kale along with some milk, honey, fruits and dry fruits blended evenly gives just Amazing, super rich, healthy drinks. And if you are worried about flavour in smoothies, add some frozen berries to neutralise their taste. As there is no specific recipe for smoothies, you can try experimenting till you find the right one for you.

Garnish:
Though the amount of quantity you take might be less, garnishing is a creative way to add greens to your meal. As vegetables are shred into small bits to garnish, you don't actually get the feeling of eating them. So, chop the green vegetables of your choice finely and sprinkle on the top of dishes.
