Preparation & Usage: RotiIngredients :Grate carrot, chop onions, coriander and green chillies and keep aside.Take Manna Sprouted Ragi Flour in a bowl and add all the cut ingredients and curd. Add salt and mix them. Add hot water to the mixture and make dough. Take a clean, wet cotton cloth (big kerchief size). Divide dough into small equal portions. Take each ball and spread it like chapathi with your fingers on the cotton cloth. Take a pan, and fry these rotis. Add oil and fry them on both the sides like chapathis. Serve hot with chutney or dal.Dosa (Idly batter preferable) :Take 1 cup of Idly batter and add 1 cup of Manna Sprouted Ragi Flour to make the batter suitable for dosa consistency. Heat frying pan, grease it well. Pour a ladle full of batter and spread it well. Remove the dosa carefully and serve it with sambar, chutney etc.Idly :Take 1 cup of Manna Sprouted Ragi Flour and mix it with ½ cup of Curd and ¼ cup Urad dhal batter. Keep it aside for 30 mins. Pour it into the Idly moulds and steam for 5 - 7 mins. Remove and serve hot with sambar, chutney or veg. kurma.Puttu : Take Manna Sprouted Ragi Flour and roast it well. Add salt and mix water by little till the powder becomes moist/wet. Mix it with the grated coconut. Remove the lumps, if any, by running it in your blender/food processor for few seconds. Keep aside the puttu mix for 10 mins. Steam it well until it gets cooked and serve hot..
